There is a lot of ‘jargon’ surrounding the mortgage and protection industry, and we know that this can often be a little disconcerting to our clients, especially if you are a first time buyer, making your first venture into buy to let or considering protection for the first time. Some clients are reluctant to ask what they perceive to be quite straight for ward questions. We believe that when our clients are making some of the most significant and far reaching decisions of their life that no question, regardless of how straight forward, small or simple it may seem shouldn’t be asked.

We hope to have the guide available in a printed format early in 2017, but with so many people considering their mortgage and protection arrangements or moving home around Christmas and New Year we made the decision to make the guide available online immediately. The guide is available as an electronic ‘page turner’ which can be viewed on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. It can be downloaded and printed, and is a useful point of reference for clients to answer a lot of the questions they may have about their mortgage and protection. It will help put some ‘meat on the bones’ of the conversations they will have with their adviser.
