We were contacted by our client contacted us as they had a current mortgage deal with a high street lender that was coming to an end within a month. The client, based in Milton Keynes, had recently begun letting the property to a young family – having moved in with her partner. Due to this scenario she now required her remortgage product to transfer from a residential mortgage to a buy-to-let.
